CUScore is an independent, free-to-use online directory of federally insured credit unions in the United States. The Site provides financial data, health scores, rankings, educational guides, and comparison tools based on publicly available data from the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) quarterly Call Report.

CUScore is not a credit union, bank, financial institution, financial advisor, credit counselor, or mortgage broker. We are not affiliated with the NCUA, any individual credit union, or any banking or credit union trade association.

All content on the Site — including financial data, health scores, rankings, guides, glossary definitions, and comparison tools — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute:

• Financial advice or investment advice
• Legal advice
• Credit counseling or debt advice
• A recommendation to join, avoid, or take any action with respect to any specific credit union
• An endorsement of any credit union or financial product

You should independently verify any information provided on this Site before making any financial decision. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial professional before making decisions regarding credit union membership, banking products, loans, or investments.

CUScore sources all financial data from the NCUA's publicly available quarterly Call Report data. While we make reasonable efforts to accurately process and present this data, we cannot guarantee that the information displayed on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.

The following limitations apply to all data on the Site:

• Data lag: Financial data reflects the most recent NCUA quarterly cycle (currently Q4 2025). A credit union's actual financial condition may have changed since the data was reported.
• Source errors: The underlying NCUA data may contain errors, omissions, or restatements that are beyond our control.
• Processing errors: Our data pipeline may introduce errors in parsing, calculation, or display.
• Derived metrics: Health scores, rankings, and other derived metrics are proprietary calculations based on a subset of available data. They may not accurately reflect a credit union's complete financial condition.
• Institutional changes: Credit unions may merge, close, change their charter, or modify their membership eligibility between data updates.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download the Site's content using automated tools without our express written permission.
• Use the Site's data to create a competing credit union directory or substantially similar service without our permission.
• Misrepresent data from this Site or use it in a way that could deceive consumers about a credit union's financial condition.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

The underlying NCUA data presented on this Site is a government work in the public domain. Our presentation of that data — including our website design, written content, guides, glossary, health score methodology, and selection/arrangement of data — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of our original content without our express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use with proper attribution.

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including individual credit union websites, NCUA.gov, and other external resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
